I am not brave enough to let you know how much I am wanting to lose but, I will let you know periodically how much I have lost. : )
The past 9 out of 10 day I have worked out with the Wii every morning for 30 minutes. This has been a huge hurtle for me to over come. I actually enjoy working out. There is enough variety for me to keep interested and looking forward to it the next day. I do believe that I will probably have to step it up a little more as I get farther along in the process.
I have increased my water intake and I bought a new pedometer today. My goal is to get in 10,000 steps a day. I know it will take me a couple of weeks to work up to that but, I believe I can do it.
It didn't take me over night to get to my current condition and I know it will be a process of trial and error on the road to getting to my target weight. I am looking forward to the new me that will emerge on the other side!!
