THE WEEKLY GRIND

I enJOY my java!!! I love the aroma as it wafts through the air. Many wonderful memories have been made in it's company ... books were read, the warmth of glowing fires were enjoyed and laughter or deep conversation were savored. So let's enjoy the journey over a cup!!

Lord,
    Thanks for another year!! Thank you for your allowing me to remain healthy and giving me such a great family to celebrate life with!! 
     Thank you for giving us Jared 16 years ago this week! Thank you for helping him over the years to develop a love for You!
     Thank you for protecting my family as they traveled here for Jared's birthday blessing and for the incredible people that helped make the evening special!!
    As I prepare my heart for worship tomorrow . . . I am reminded of the song:

    Yesterday, Madison mentioned it was your birthday and that Jared had turned 16 as well. So we paused and sang "Happy Birthday" to both of you :) Madison also want you to know that she really likes your blog! (I do to). Thanks for the song.
